Found these today detecting in Denver. I swear I've seen the image on the buckle on something, somewhere, on this site. I believe that the man is a music conductor, and above them is an image of sheet music. Then again, I've seen lots of things that others haven't. Any help would be appreciated.

Here's the back. Just an ordinary art nouveau-ish buckle, but with the corrosion on it, it's hard to make out exactly what's on it. I swear i saw something similar at this site, just can't remember when. Yeah, the button is a Denver Tramway button, circa 1880's. There have been some excellent books written about Denver's light-rail system, with photos that I've never seen elsewhere. Hope you all can help,

Maybe a sash buckle. It doesn't look heavy duty enough to hold much.

Thanks Montana, that was the photo that I remember seeing. The Tramway button has "Waterbury Button CO.", with two stars next to the "co." Been on a roll with D.T.C., and Porter buttons this year, dug four so far. Not a single silver coin, though, just some neat relics. Once again, this site solves the riddles of the ages!
