buckle and and eagle?

If any one knows what these are please let me know.the buckle piece has moons and stars.I have seen them here before but have no clue about them.

Hi Digger , your button is a "great Seal" army 1902 to present. The only thing i can tell you about the buckle,right now, is it's one half of a two peice buckle. I'm sure someone can I.D. it.
