I went to a bank today to cash in my halves. The bag in the machine filled up pretty fast so I decided to buy it back. I couldnā€™t see any silver thru the bag but hadnā€™t been to this branch for a while. I get home and open it up and the first thing I see is a Franklin and a 1967. I keep pulling silver every couple handfuls and then BAM! 1883 Christopher Columbus Expedition half. Also got a bicentennial silver proof. In total 9-90%ers, and 22-40%ers . Nice finds man!! I had a pretty good half bag with similar numbers to this last month, no Columbus half though. Very nice!!

what bank in the EMPEROR state will sell a bag :dontknow:--- only bags I get offered are the white rock type next to abandoned homes :BangHead:

Man, great find on the Columbus! The Ben and '76 look to be in great shape as well. Congratulations on a very nice bag. What is the coin at the two o'clock position?

Not bad, it pays to TOP OFF A BAG, if you can, $1 to $200 is a good top off bag.

Sleepy hollow itā€™s a 25 pesos, 2005 Republica Dominicana.

Cool Find! Interestingly enough, I found mine in the 2nd box of halves I ever hunted.

Nice find! I haven't found a Columbus half but did find my first classic commem 3 weeks ago - a 1952 Carver/Washington, along with some other silver in a Brinks box.

Nice find Dannycoco - haven't come across a bag to top off in a while. Found 2 Columbians in a bag a few years back.
