Got another bucket lister and that's a 1901 Barber half to end the year along with a fired .58 and .69 civil war relics I was mainly searching for lol but I'll take it I swear silver finds me even when I'm not looking for it!

Every time I look at one of those my stomach knots up. Hunting a very old park and found my first Barber half and was all excited. Two feet away I got the exact same signal at the same depth. All excited and carelessly digging, I put a long deep smiley face on that almost mint coin. It's a lesson you only want to experience once if at all. Congrats.

Same here. If I go out looking for silver I get skunked, but if I go out just to check out an old spot I often get surprised with a silver. Congrats on the big Silver!

I scored my first Barber Half last Winter & it was also dug with fired Minnie's .

Needless to say I was thrilled with all 4 finds.

Way to end 2018 ...
