Next year I plan to visit my daughter in Perth for 6 weeks. She asked about a bucket list wish for Oz. Told her a week or so trek across some wilderness outback swinging my TDI pro. So, I begin now to contemplate the prep list which I suspect would include taking the unit on a plane; Oz rules for non residents and detecting; best outback to go exploring in .... and etc etc. I would appreciate if anyone could direct me to perhaps a really good thread or 2 on a detecting adventure in Oz.
