Bucket Dredge Tailings & Black Sands - Northern California

Does anyone have access/permission to explore the black sands from the bucket dredge tailings within Northern California?

I'm trying to test some equipment on black sands from old bucket line dredges that used to operate in the Northern CA region.

Will share all findings and knowledge acquired.

I’m looking for black sands, tailings as well. So what’s the story with these dredge tailings? How much is there, can we buy tailings or collect samples? Any info would be appreciated, thanks.
