Brookville, IN Arrowheads
There's a house around the intersection of Franklin Ave, Hwy 101, Hwy 1, Reservoir road.
There's concrete bollards/fence posts in the back yard (I want to say the house is red, but it's been some 20-25 year since I was through there.) and the last time I was there, it was covered over with bushes.
Anyway, my Grandfather grew up in that house and poured the bollards/fence posts. The story my Father always told me as we drove by on our way to Connersville. Was instead of using rocks my Grandfather used arrowheads! (Used to be arrowheads we easy to find in southern Indiana.) I always wanted to knock on the door of the home and offer to replace the fence posts with treated lumber in exchange to breaking up the concrete and getting those arrowheads.
