To tell you the truth, before I'd get into any wishful thinking about age I would first take a file or a sharp knife to some inconspicuous spot on the bottom. My reasoning for this is because it looks like a pot metal statue with a fake bronze finish, the finish is just too consistent. If it scratches up silver, it's pot metal and I'd go with an age spread of 1960- present.

Already thought of that..... Scratched under the base it's all bronze

Still a tough one, but I just had a thought. The feet of the base are claw feet like Victorian furniture, I think that period ran from like 1830 to 1903. Any help ?

Yeah I have a table like that to........ the bronze looks worn in places looks like it was handled quite a bit
