Yesterday I met up with fellow Tnet'ers High VDI and pa-dirt_nc-sand for a group hunt in Washington PA at a couple ball fields. It was slim pickings but I managed to find this broken silver jewelry piece.

Then today I snagged a 1959 Rosie at the Coinstar Reject Bin

Good luck out there and Happy 4th!

Wow ! Nice old Vintage Mexico (Taxco region) the piece likely dates 40's --50's stone face is likely obsidian - Nice find ! (This was a hinged link to a bracelet .)

Thanks for the info! I was lost in trying to figure out how to research it.

Congrats MH! Nice that you found that silver piece right at the start. Thought we would find more at that first site, but we all came home with keepers.

Nicely done MH! Haven't seen you on here as much as usual. Hopefully more coming your way this week!

Thx! I haven't been going out as much as I was in the winter and Spring. The summer is kind of my down time of the year when I dont go out as much. Maybe once or twice a week this time of year compared to 4 or 5 days a week in the fall/winter/spring.

Thx, it was nice that we all succeeded in some way. I liked the first ballfield better, more area to search where the grass wasn't too tall and odd finds. The 2nd ball field I bet has more to offer in the overgrown outfield. I'd give both another try.
