Coastal plains chert probably from the Allendale quarry on the Savannah river.

Man Triumph you are very lucky , in my area you would never find all those piece still close to each other. Nice find:icon_thumright:

Other knifes from the same site which were also broken

Hey MonsterRack these are all coming from a concentrated area about 30X30 in deer hunting country!
So I keep all the broken ones and have found the other pieces for these 2 as well.
Its was obviously a camp where they did a lot of repair. Discard the broken stuff and put on the new. Wish I could find more new un-used stuff!
These are uni-face and it is apparent they weather differently on the uni-face side.

I think if you keep digging in there you'll end up with a bunch of killers. Me and a friend would dig for hours sometimes and not find much but flakes-pottery-brokes and then bam!

You are likely at a site where those blades were made. When they broke one like that making it the blade was dropped and another was started, that is why you are able to put so many together.

Nice! finding all the pieces is priceless. WTG
