To all you guys that plan on coming to the cookout, bring your detectors, we're going to organize a treasure hunt on the grounds. The Pennwood was buit by Kip Wagner and the Reale8 group, the original finders of the 1715 Fleet and it is rumored there is buried treasure all over the property. This will be an organized hunt after the Raffles and Auction.
