✅ SOLVED Bridle accoutrement. Which war?

I dug up this dented bridle accoutrement at a homesite that was established in 1860. My question is from what war is it from? Civil War, Spanish American War or WWI? From a post last year, I believe the answer is Spanish American War, but I'm not sure. Thanks!
