Brass what's it from the deep woods

Anyone have a clue? Measure is in inches. Solid brass. Poor lighting giving the brown appearance.

Back side. white oxidation on stem was easily removed leaving a solid stem.

Those things have been posted here many times but never IDed that I remember.
One guess was the end for some type of roll like window blinds.

Not positive but we think its an end from a roll up type of window shade. Been around since at least the Civil War.

The 3 screws go into wood and the protrusion spins in a wall bracket.
