I was curious about a brass throttle I came across.
I photographed it to post on here, but beforeI did, I was going to make sure I couldn’t find out anything myself. Although Ihad never seen one before, it didn’t take long to start finding similar ones online.I was shocked when I found an ended Ebay auction that ended only a week agowith a nearly identical one that I have.

9bids and it sold for $122.50.
My point to this is to never discount a find as just somepiece of junk, until you check it out. 122 bucks is a good start towards a newdetector fund.
