Found this in a civil camp. Dainty small loop at top and bottom has design to swivel and hold a larger piece. Originally I thought this would have held a time piece or locket, but the thin loop appears to have been too fragile to support a heavy item. Any help from the forum in identifying this would be greatly appreciated!
