Brass relic from 1800s church site???? Help...

I was finishing up a hunt the other night at an 1800's Baptists Church site and came upon this beautiful decorative brass design plate weighing 250 grams. Not sure what it is exactly so any help would be good, thanks pals! Happy New Years!
