Brass drug piece possibly?

Another guess would be maybe an old farm sprayer or fogger? Maybe homemade even. Or could be as simple as someone just dropped their bowl! I've never seen one, but knew a guy that made them out of everything in his younger years!

That would be pretty cool and is possible because the spot I checked was a hunting lodge in the 30s to 50s and I assume all the wealthy people hunting there had kerosene lamps. Thanks for the idea!

The bottom appears to be glass. The rest is solid brass. It looks pretty darn old though.
