Hello allison86. QUICKSILVER is right. The first time I found one of those I thought "cool a wick winder" but soon learned that it was a tile roof anchor.
For me they are an "oh-crap" find because they sound pretty good and most times where there is one there is are many more...but 'ya gotta' dig 'em right?
