Brass Belt Adornment

Found on a trail in the woods that has been a scout camp since the 40's, and also is used for hunting. Was about 4" down, so has been there a while. Thin stamped brass, it looks like it could be slid onto a belt.

Could be and old slide for the neckerchief since you found it at an older scout camp.
