Bracelet or Necklace?

Went back to the old houses today and found this. not sure if it is a necklace or bracelet. It says Teheran on all the little plates. also found part of a real gun this time. And some clad. Lots and Lots of trash and a gem but i thtink its fake. Its gonna take me a while because the owner told me today he owns the 2 empty lots next to them and there was homes there also. Kinda overwhelming on how to approach this but i'm sure its going to take me a while.
