Box of nickels (April 9, 2011)

Went through a box of nickels today, the box produced:

Was suprised to see that there were no buffalo nickels or war nickels in this batch, maybe next time! There were an unusually large amount of 1948 and 1949 nickels in this batch along with a few BU looking nickels from 1966 and 1967.

That's a high percentage of pre-60s for a box. I usually get around 22.

Yes, I average 25-27 per box. There were an unusually large amount of 1948 and 1949 nickels I usually average 2 of each per box or around that #...

even with no war or buffalos I'd say that's a pretty good box. I keep anything older than 60, and you got a lot of those.
