Picked up a metal box full of vintage watch parts last September and finally got the Honey-do-list under control. Started in on it this week. Lady said her uncle was a jeweler and she didn't know what to do with the stuff. Paid $20. Starting to research on-line and will start listing on E-Bay later this week. Most of the things I found so far are in the $3-$4 range but a couple parts were over $20 each. There is a few hundred tiny screws, wheels and parts to sift through.
Originally I asked her if she had any jewelry and she remembered the box on a shelf in her garage.

I would have paid $20 for the watch parts also. I like buying in bulk. Great find.

don't know what all is inside but I have sold odd bits of things under the term STEAM PUNK

look it up on feebay, lots of bulk watch parts.

I sold brass castings and odd looking heat sinks from computers.

I'd pull the higher dollar parts and list the rest of the lot together going into as much detail as possible. Nice find, i'd of bought it too.
