box #41 of Loomis quarters= finally a '64,1st silver in a year+

41 boxes gave up 2 clad proofs and 5 Washingtons in over 2 years. Loomis boxes really are useless, but then I still try:BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead::BangHead: CWR quarters are prone to being a bit shy of 40, some people needs to be counts'n more gooder, or just stop being a crook!!!! IMG_1584.jpgIMG_1585.jpg the poor grammer is intentional:laughing7:

Forty boxes for ONE 64 seems extreme to me. However, I once used a rock as a maul and splinters of wood over the length of a two week camping trip to prove to my big brother that I could split a redwood log without using any modern tools. I applaud your stubbornness...aka, persistence.

Thats a lot of quarters!!! That one though; Very Nice!

Wow, that's a long time to wait. But kudos for your patience which paid off. Quarters for me are streaky. I'm currently on a 15 box cold streak.. I don't do them as much as I used to....I'll do a box if I've got nothing else to do and have the courage to go in the bank and ask for one(sometimes I feel like an idiot). LOL> HH folks. :notworthy:

The FIRST box of quarters I searched, I found a 1961. After that....it's been all downhill. But dimes ain't much better !! 7up

With today's low silver prices and decreasing silver finds, it is cheaper to outright buy the silver, however, I enjoy.the hobby and will continue hunting.
