Got a backpack at a garage sale this morning, found over 350 of these. Some have a 50 on them. Went back to see if they wanted it back, but they said I could just keep em. No idea what they are. Some kind of note.

Looks like Kanji, and with the 100 on it one would initially think it was a banknote of some origin. However, it's too plain to be a banknote, and nothing (other than the script on it) gives away a clue to me as where it came from or what it really is. Curious it is.

And possibly Chinese. I can't see any kana. If it was Japanese you'd think there would be some.
