Left is a buggy brake, bottom right is a heel plate, right is modernish fitting maybe later gas lamp

I think the buggy brake thing is a myth. It is ther end off a buggy shaft. (the poles that go up each side of the horse. I have seen this buggy brake thing several times and don't believe there was such a thing. I could be wrong but have never seen one.

Fireman is right. Piece on the left is a buggy pole end/protector. Pipe fittings on the right are modern.
