1818 means the date the company registered as a business (i.e. - "Since 1818") - not the date the bottle was made.
That's a 1/2 gallon vodka jug/bottle from the 60s/70s when they were still made of glass - I remember them well ;-)
You might get $2 or $3 at a flea market or the like.
