Bottle stops and tile?

Hello! The field near our house has been ploughed, and we've discovered quite a few interesting objects. The thing is, there were no houses or anything here until the 1980's, but this stuff seems older. Most of it bits of tiles, pottery, glass etc. that is quite difficult to photograph, but here are a few things we've found.

Just wondering if anyone knows what the tile is/dates for these items? Thanks

Here's a possible for the tile ... the glass stoppers could also be from the same time period.

Fine English art Nouveau tile made by J.H. Barratt & Co. Ltd 1895 - 1927. This pressed-moulded tile with flowers is in wonderful condition as can be seen in the picture.

As for reasons why they are there, fill dirt just prior or during building of the houses that are there now. A lot of times fill dirt is brought in from other areas to level out the landscape.

I went back today and found this.

It says 'Hastings, Patent' on one side and 'G. W. & Co Ld, Riley's' on the other. Any ideas what it is? Perhaps another bottle stop? Thanks again

Thats Rileys Patent, an internal screw top for a bottle and a nice find.
