Bottle in shape of a soldier and his dog

It is 6" tall with a man and his dog, the man is in a uniform and has a rifle at his feet, no maker marks. Is it old?

I can't tell from the pic but is the hat the top or is there an opening or cap at the bottom??

The top is open and would use a cork, there is what looks like a pinch pontil on bottom? It has mold marks on both sides and back so unsure if it is pinch pontil.

OB, it sounds like it could be a match, but all the P.Garnier bottles that I have seen were painted, thus opaque. P.Garnier may have made some clear/amber ones, so it's worth the search.

Well, the description is a match, but the size isn't. This site says "these figurines are not very photogenic" on more than one item which would lead me to believe possibly because it's got no paint or enamel details to show as in the one posted here. I can't find any pictures anywhere of this non-photogenic bottle so don't know. Also have the discrepancy in size, Op's says 6", this one says 3 1/4".
