Cool. I've found a few of the white ones before.

I have several white ones also. Mentholatum and cream jars. I forget the name but mine only have numbers on bottom, but the company later became PONDS. Nice finds! The blue glass still eludes me. It seems like if its blue, its broken:BangHead:

Thanks.

The blue had a metal lid which all I found was the ring where it rusted off but it has a smooth side which the the length of it assumed for a label. Only other marking on the bottom appears to be a 6 or 9 not sure.

The larger milky glass one has zero markings or zero embossings or raised sides just a slick little glass which shall forever remain nameless lol

You can have all mine. If it ain't clear around here it's blue or cobalt.

I must live in paradise for a bottle hunter. I literally have thousands of bottles in my area within walking distance over perhaps dozens of old dumps. I find a lot of 50-60s, but there are occasionally 20s' cork bottle scattered about. Even the old funnel top looking beer cans, but most of those are in bad shape.

As a kid, (25 years ago) my father and I used to walk down the road and hit the ditches and find coke bottles and turn those in. We may find 50 or more over the year every kind of brand. We also would find the old clear and brown snuff bottles and the occasional milk bottles. I see bunches of Ponds, Vicks, ketchup and Avon, Old Spice, Clorox Bleach and aspirin bottles all over this area.

Milk bottles can be worth some money. I've had good success selling those on eBay.

I will be on the lookout for milk bottles.

I bet I have found 50 or more as a kid. We would just put them away. I remember my dad leaving a bunch outside and they filled with water and froze and then broke. He has a 900 sf building that may have a bunch in them. I need to find them and clean them up.
