Hello all....Can anyone ID this bottle cap found in the northeast? Most other items found were from 1900-1940...but it could be more recent than that. Any ideas?....and how were you able to ID it? (8 have google searched red and yellow vintage bottle cap but could not find a match). Thanks...and happy almost end to 2020!
 

Soak it in lemon juice and lightly brush with a Soft brush.

I think I see the word "cola" on the bottom line. Maybe? Gary

Well, thank you HuntinDog! The lemon juice cleared up enough to identify it as MarBert Cola made in the late 1930s in Newport, NH. Apparently there was litigation by Coca-Cola against this company (and others) about using the word “cola” in their product name.
