Bone or artifact?

My boyfriend and I are always finding all sorts of vertebra and pieces of bone but on our last trip he found this piece of bone that peeked our interest due to being different from the rest. I originally posted this in the fossil forum but some started talking about it possibly being an artifact. When it comes to that I am completely lost, I've gotten pretty familiar with sharks teeth and trying to get familiar with the vertebra, but when it comes to artifacts I am clueless. With that said I just wanted to get some opinions from this side. Even if it's just a bone we are just as happy with his find either way. The last photo is the top view looking down on where the knuckle should be.

Lookes like bone for sure . As a artifact I guess it could depend on your site . Do you find arifacts there? It could have just broke in the way it is now form a nother dino eating on eat or a Indian may have broke it open for the marrow as a meal . If you find no other evendece that indians were in the same area . I would just say its a bone .

Need the bone doctors in here.Where in Dorkfish and Larson? Maybe a bone awl ?
