blue whitman folders??

ive seen coins before that have streaks or spots on the reverse from being stored in the blue whitman folders. are the newer folders made of different material or will they do the same thing?? im not keeping mint state coins in folders of course, but i also dont want streaks on my circulated sets.

I don't know if the new ones will do that or not. If I were you I would maybe look at buying a little better book to put them in, I personally like the Dansco albums- you can see both sides of the coins and they are well made.
