Druzzy quartz crystals. As to the mineral coloring it could be copper or magnesium~ the red would be iron oxides. There was some mineralization present when the stone formed and the minerals coloring it may be the reason why the quartz is only minimally faceted. Under magnification you'd probably see only tips of quartz crystals and you might find some structure to the mineral coloring it. nice colors.

Thanks. It really is sparkly and I can see the ends of the small crystals but I haven't looked at it magnified yet.
