no cause the photo did not "take" - try resizing -- might be a asian or british copy opf a asian "willow" pattern plate --blue and white are the normal colors of such items -but I can not be sure unless I see the item --
 

def not a "willow" pattern -- def is asian - blue on white * the marks are asain pottery marker markings
 

I can't figure out whether the writing on the bottom is Chinese script, or Korean......certainly different than anything that I have
seen here. Looks to be much older than the bells in your other post......probably dating back into the 1910's/20's. Maybe
even Japanese, although the Japanese dishes usually have markings that can be i.d.ed as Japanese.
That will be worth a little more. Nice and collectible. Good find.
BTW, did you dig that one up, or did you find it at a yard sale or somewhere comparable? I have dug several similar ones up
when hunting for coins.
