Model T part? -- I don't think so, its actually just a bit too early. Blood Bros. made U-joints for Ford, but more commonly on farm equipment in '08. Of course the date on this is just the patent date, so we can't rule anything out. It may be impossible to tell exactly what it came off of, since the same U-joints had multiple applications. Knowing the diameter would help narrow it down as to whether it was part of a drive shaft or part of a steering mechanism. The part we're looking at above is the outer cap, shown in green on the link I included.
