Black Serial # on $1 FRN

I have never seen one like this. Admittedly, I am still kind of a newby, but haven't had luck finding similar online either. My initial thought was that it was altered, but it really appears to be genuine. Would love to hear your thoughts... Looking at you Mackaydon. Thanks!
