I've never seen a bullet like this one. It is definitely lead. Seems to symmetrical to be carved, any ideas?

No. I've never seen anything like it, but it would be a very poor bullet design. While it is reminiscent of a semi-wadcutter, the concave sides would not provide much bearing surface on the rifling, nor would they function well as lubrication grooves.

I'm Leaning towards Fishing Sinker.
Does it have a Hole through it ?

there's no hole and the diagonal slash is just a surface scratch. There's no pond around and I've never seen a sinker like this, I agree that it doesn't make sense as a bullet. :icon_scratch:

Coming from a CW site, I'd think this one was at least "camp carving" if nothing else. I can't think of anything else it could be.
