I finally got an oppurtunity to hunt an area that I have been dying to try, and my hubby, aka birthday boy, didn't want to hunt on his birthday...? I can't imagine anything better! 
The hour I was able to squeeze in produced some clad; 1 quarter, 5 dimes-oldest was a '67, 13 memorial pennies-some older ones but no wheats, an old paper (still attached) shotgun shell casing, headstamped Western Firearm I believe, and an old .22 casing headstamped F.
I'm hoping to give the site another try soon!
I've already informed the birthday boy that he has to make it up to me by hunting at least a few times after work this week! LOL
