A buddy of mine got this in change yesterday, at our coin club meeting of all places. Nicest Radar Note I've seen. Any idea of value?

I'd say you could get a slight premium on it on eBay or locally sold. They are tough to find but condition does go a long way. That one has seen a little action but great find!!
