Nice coin, the oldest coin I have found here in the good ole USA, is a 1717 Munday Thursday coin from England. Found it here in Ohio. So I suppose a coin like you found could be found here in the US.

Yeah big, maybe thats why why they once had conquerd so much land...Those havy coins made them strong!
