Nothing but snow followed by a lot of rain here in Ohio over the last few weeks.
The weather warmed up a few days ago - the ground is completely soaked.
Last Friday I hunted around a 1800's farm house that was torn down years ago.
Mud everywhere - my Wife said I looked like a Muskrat when I got home.

1948 - Washington Quarter
(6) - Wheat Cents from - 1914 to 1953
1933 - Ohio Dog Tag (cleaned up real nice in the Electrolysis Bath)
Aluminum Dog Figure
Small 1800's Flat Button

Good Hunting !

Hilarious!!! :laughing7:
Congrats on the coinage. I had to l@@k twice at the date on that dog tag. I first saw "1833" . Very cool find.
Is that small dog a cookie cutter? I dug one of those about a month ago.
Similar digging conditions here too. Went from frozen ground to some warmer weather but a weeks worth of rain. :BangHead:

Hoping to get out this week. There's something glowing in the sky. I think it's called "the sun"? :dontknow:

A small "Cookie Cutter" - that makes sense - it is open and hollow in the back.
Thanks - ModernMiner

Very Nice!!! Congrats!!!

Cool cookie cutter! I found a little chicken one once!! I remember my grandma having these kind of cookie cutters.

Had to do a double take on that dog tag date! Looks good shined up like that.

A lot of mud digging here in Georgia. Almost need a spray bottle with you to find the target. Nice finds.

Some good diggings there.
