Yard Sale find; seller ($10) said 'from my Dad who collected when he lived in Ohio.'
Do I see an attempt at making this base into a "E-Notched" Big Sandy? Overstreet has 'Big Sandy' as archaic - 10,000 to 3,000B.P. but 'Big Sandy E-Notched' as early archaic 10,000 -7000 B.P.
And what material would you think this might be? I see some blue-ish inclusions. Coshocton/Upper Mercer Chert maybe? Thanks!
