Big ring thing ?

Too big for a finger ring .... too small for a bracelet . Napkin holders don't usually have a clasp . It has a nice floral design around it - non-magnetic . Any ideas ?

For a child from "Starving Children Land" maybe. That would never have fit on either of my kids chubby little wrists...

I'd guess a ladies scarf bangle or maybe even a hair accessory of some sort...

Ummmm......how wide is the circumfrance? I am pretty sure it would fit my wrist, my watch is 2" and a quatrer is 7/8" .
