paypal went to crap when Ebay bought it. Sadly, it's still the fastest, safest way to send money to people around the country or around the world.

Pay Pal froze my Account in November 2012. They said i had spent my Limit on purchases. I called and told them I use a Credit Card and the Credit Card Issuer would be the 1st to cancel any Authorizations. I then had to give them a Checking Account Route Number, they deposited ( 2 ) debits to my account. I then had to call them back and give them the amount of the transactions. They then gave me Credit. Not problems since then.

I had them freeze a transfer because they thought it MIGHT be fraudulent. It took several days and both me and seller on the phone together to prove it was a legitimate sale.

I had them freeze my account because I was selling too much. They thought it was fraudulent. I was at the Olympics and selling a TON of pins. I could take in money, but I could not transfer it or deposit it in my bank. I could not even use my Ebay card to pay for postage. They required me to mail off a number of items for variety of buyers with Tracking so they could check that I shipped the stuff. Hard to do while I was in Canada. The money built up and remained frozen until my return and I was able to ship the items they wanted me to ship.

I can understand because I usually do 5 to 50 auctions a week, and I did 1000 auctions a week while in Vancouver.
