You must determine what it is to find out if it is an antique. What brand make and model. Then you can trace it back. Right now it's just an unidentified wrench. Doesn't need to be antique to be valuable. Might be rare or useful or hard to come by. Research!
 

Looks almost homemade. No identifying marks? Can't imagine a company wouldn't put their name on it, even if it is antique.

Yes it does. No marks except mentioned above. It has an almost unfinished but used as is look....
