BIG GOLD! With an Ancient Gold coin & Diamonds!!!

Well I just had to share this one with you all. Actually I had a great day in the water, but this ring is awesome. Man's 22K ring with an Ancient Gold coin in the center surrounded by 24 Diamonds. It weighs 18.3 grams. I also pulled out a 10K wedding band and Two old pocket watch chains hooked together to make a necklace, one is 14K, the other not marked, and there was an old wedding band on the chain dated from 1937. Best of all the Big ring fits.
CAN ANYONE ID THIS COIN

SUPER finds!!!
The ancient coin looks like it might possibly be Greek and If real would be worth quite a bit of $$$$$$$$$
I would guess that it's genuine because of the stones and high karat gold used in the design.

All the other loot is really sweet to say the least!

Sorry, but I don't recognize it as being Greek or even a coin. I hope I'm proven wrong. Have you had the 'coin' tested for gold purity? Is there any hallmark on the ring that can be photographed and posted?

You guys are pretty good, It appears to be the back of SWR 's coin and the front side of mackaydon's coin. Coin is of Herakles 330'ish BC.

Yes, Diamonds tested good.

Did you get an appraisal when you got them tested, I'm just being nosey and materialistic, I like to hear the $$$ values of found items.
