Big flat button clean up !!

I was cleaning one of big flat button i notice a faint busts on the button .The busts are facing left on the button they hard to see ?

Bottom Right corner I think I see something. looks sorta like Washington Maybe, maybe not.........................

Sorry the button was upside down if you look it's a bust with a date in the bottum middle of the button and the bust is facing left you can see the ponytail from his hair
