I went to a new spot today for a short hunt and it had some very good signs there may be some old silver hiding there somewhere.

Cleaned the coin up some and it turned out to be a 1814 half penny token. The picture makes the coin look in worse shape than it actually is.

Also cleaned the buttons some and the small one says "fine quality" on the back and the big one only has a wreath I think but has some golden gilt left on the front under the crust.

The other side of the coin wasn't even worth putting a picture up. I consider myself lucky if I can even identify the old tokens I find sometimes. :)
