So went out to the Uwharrie NF this last weekend, got a late start on Saturday so I didn't arrived till about 11:30am. I tried a new creek and didn't have any luck, I worked a couple of spots on it till about 2. Went to the Outpost for a quick bit and then head back to a different location which I had been to with another member here a few weeks ago and came out with just a little color (with my Super Mini). Stayed there till 4 and hiked back to the Jeep to get to my campsite for the night. Next day met up with Adam & Lydel and they took us to another spot which took us about 20 mins to hike to. Lyndel set up his 48" Prospector, Adam the Mini (he also brought his new Blue Bowl, which I may have to get one if my DIY Miller table doesn't workout), mean while I went up stream a 100 or so feet and set up the 30"er. and here is the result.
