Got out on the lake for a couple quick hunts after a wind storm. Pretty good cuts to hunt on a couple beaches. Got the 1858 Seated Dime about 20' off shore about two scoops down on Saturday. Was a bit of a shock to see a coin minted before Idaho was a State come out. Some more clad that day, but no more old finds. Went back out on Sunday and the beach was a bust for old stuff. Hit a different later that morning and got the fist 14K White Gold band right in the cut, and nothing but clad and pull tabs after that. Headed to the next beach to hit the cut. This place is usually pretty slow, but has produced some nice old coins and jewelry. Was about halfway down the beach and got a 29-30 on the EQX 800. Was expecting a clad quarter, but saw the bright yellow in the scoop. Turned out to be a 96.5% yellow Gold wedding band! What a day! Two Gold....next signal was a solid 7 on the NOX....Gold number 3! 10K Woman's decorative ring. I've learned to dig every repeatable signal with this machine. I'm often disappointed, and sometimes surprised!
